Renee Staehle, MPS – Professional Organizer & Training Manager

DSC_0530

Renee has long had a passion for organizing and has been fortunate to be able to fine-tune her business organizing skills through a variety of career positions over the years. Prior to becoming a professional organizer, Renee had a successful career in public relations — managing publications, press relations and special events, and working as a free-lance writer.

She earned a Masters in business and professional communication studies from Syracuse University and a Bachelors in communication from Valparaiso University.

Renee serves a variety of clients, including non-profits, small business owners and those with at-home offices, as well as individuals in their homes. She is especially adept at helping clients through transitions in their lives, such as moving, changes in family life, and new businesses.  She is skilled with paper and electronic filing systems, office efficiency, time management and overall space organization.  She enjoys working on organizational skills with adults as well as teens.

Renee joined the Perfect Balance team in 2006, she is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and the North Carolina Chapter of NAPO.

In 2013, Renee and Charlotte Purvis were invited to create the Perfect Balance Professional Services Group.  Together, they provide communication consulting, coaching, speaking, and training services for Perfect Balance clients.  Their first two programs — a consulting program for an organizational leader and a course for a business team — were very well received.

In her free time, Renee enjoys hiking and kayaking, attending her kids’ sport and music events, cooking and writing.

When asked about her philosophy, Renee says “My goal with clients is to organize for a more peaceful environment and to take away the pressure that feeling disorganized brings — either at work, at home or both. This allows my clients to enjoy whatever is most important in their lives.”

“With a family of my own and several four-legged friends, I know how busy life can get.  I came to this work in an effort to achieve a more relaxed pace in my life. And now I try to accomplish the same thing for my clients. ”
