Charlotte Purvis has had a life-long interest in how people communicate with each other. She has been fortunate to be able to use her academic training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (where she received both B.S. and M.S. degrees) and her passion for communication to build her business. She is a consultant, coach, and speaker with clients in corporate, campus, and community settings.
Charlotte creates and conducts customized programs for clients seeking to excel in business communication, leadership development, and customer relations. Her client list includes small family-owned businesses, global corporations, non-profit organizations, college students, and professionals at all levels of their careers. When asked about her philosophy, Charlotte says, “My goal is to bring clients to a level of greater success by helping them learn more about themselves and their communication and leadership skills. This reflects the philosophy that I use in my own life – there is always room for personal and professional growth and development.”
Charlotte considers it a privilege to be of service to clients, many of whom she has had relationships with for over 15 years. She views it as a special honor that each year, nearly 100% of all requests for her services come through either repeat business or referrals.
In 2013, Charlotte and Renee Staehle were invited to create the Perfect Balance Professional Services Group. Together, they provide communication consulting, coaching, speaking, and training services for Perfect Balance clients. Their first two programs — a consulting program for an organizational leader and a course for a business team — were very well received.
In addition to her partnership with Perfect Balance, Charlotte continues to provide consulting and speaking services to clients through Purvis Communications, Inc.
